Rates

Here are our standard rates for use of The Lodge at Troy. If you have something in mind other than what we list here, please contact us. We are sure we can work out any arrangements to suit your needs!

Refer to the Accomodations page for the locations of the various rooms.

Rooms

This gives you exclusive use of a room.

• Bedrooms 1 & 2: $160 per room per night
• Master Bedroom: $240 per night
• Sun Rooms 1 & 2: $300 per room per night

Please note:

• Earliest check in time is 2 pm.
• Latest check out time is 10 am.
• Earlier check in and later check out may be arranged in advance.
• 4% Alabama Lodging tax will be added.

Lodge

This gives you exclusive use of the Lodge.

• Exterior, Recreation Room, Laundry Room Restroom: $325 per day (6 am - 10 pm)
• Exterior, Recreation Room, Laundry Room Restroom, Kitchen, Serving Area: $500 per day (6 am - 10 pm)
• Exterior, Recreation Room, Kitchen, Serving Area, Main Floor Bedrooms (3), Main Floor Restrooms (3): $750 per day (6 am - 10 pm)
• Exterior, Lodge Main Floor: $900 per day (6 am - 10 pm)
• Entire Lodge (both floors), inside and out, 6 am - 10 pm: $1075
• Entire Lodge (both floors), inside and out, per any 24 hour period: $1375 (plus 4% Alabama Lodging tax)
