Your presence at The Lodge at Troy indicates your unqualified acceptance of these Policies.
The Lodge at Troy reserves the right to eject anyone from the premises who, in the sole judgment of the Lodge Manager, violates or appears to violate any of these Policies.
All payments are forfeit to The Lodge at Troy if you are rejected from the premises for violation of any of these Policies.

The Lodge at Troy is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all areas except for Designated Smoking areas. All Designated Smoking Areas are outdoors and away from the Guest House and common areas.
Ephesians 5:18 says "Do not get drunk ... which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit."
The Lodge at Troy does not serve alcohol. However, in keeping with the above principle: If you are legally emancipated to possess and consume alcohol, The Lodge at Troy will allow you to bring your own alcoholic beverages with you for your enjoyment.
The Lodge at Troy prohibits drunkenness and drunken behavior anywhere on the property. We expect our guests to exhibit maturity and self control regarding their consumption of alcohol.
If, in the sole opinion of Lodge Management, you appear to be intoxicated or otherwise unable to control yourself due to alcohol consumption, you will be asked to either:
Illegal drug possession and/or use is strictly prohibited at The Lodge at Troy.
If you are suspected of possessing, using, or being under the influence of illegal drugs, we will call the Sheriff and ask him to remove you from the premises.
If you have leased the Lodge proper (see Rates: Lodge) then you are welcome to make as much noise and commotion (well, almost) as late as you want until you go hoarse or pass out or leave, whichever comes first.
However, if you have rented either a Room or a Bed, then our quiet hours are from 10pm until 6am in and around the bedrooms and bedroom hallways in the Guest House.
For the Common Areas inside and outside the Guest House we ask you to keep the noise down to quiet conversation levels during those same hours so as to not disturb our guests in their rooms.
Please park in designated parking areas only. We want to keep our grounds as pleasant looking as possible. It is much easier to do so if you park in the designated areas only.
Fighting or any acts or threats that endanger yourself or another guest is prohibited at The Lodge at Troy.
